Pros & Cons
Pros
The screen is stunning to look at,no glare at all, stunning picture out of the box. Make sure that your gpu can drive it, freesync and gsync work as expected. My favourite features of this monitor is the size and aspect ratio.
For the price, this ultrawide is awesome. The current £140 discount certainly sweetens the deal. Refresh rate is amazingly fast. This is pretty much the sweet spot of price to performance(imo) - one reviewer.
The monitor's own osd is easy and straightforward to use with no setup required. Usb c port and airplay is available which i didn’t know until i was fiddling around. Comes with two port usb hub.
The pixel grid is still sufficient when fed a well-rendered image. The stand it comes with is pretty precise with it's adjustments compared to my other cheaper 1440p.
The monitor looks great, has fantastic ergonomics due to the swivel, height adjust and tilting stand. The stand is sturdy, firm and the screen and freely rotate. Never feel wobble.
Highlights
Quality
The quality of the picture and the size of the screen is unmatched at this price.
Stunning display quality, definitely worth the price.
But what i can say is that the picture quality is beautiful.
After countless hours of research i decided to go with the msi optix and i am so glad i did.
Price
It has a 200 hertz refresh rate so its ideal for any fast paced game.
Packaging/appearance
I didn’t have a faulty monitor unlike some reviews on here, mine had no dead pixels and was in flawless packaging.
Coming from an ips 144hz 1440p monitor and the upgrade isn't that much noticeable compared from the jump to 60hz to 144hz but y... Read More
Competitiveness
I love this monitor, it's absolutely outstanding for the £200 i spent on it (albeit via a competitor rather than through amazon themselves.
Also with a built-in 4k downscaler so it can be used with ps5s despite it being a 1440p display.
I didn’t want a 1440p monitor as i am perfectly happy with 1080p, and i did not want a monitor bigger than 30inches.
I already had a 144hz 1440p monitor but it was cheap and dull.

I would say i find this monitor slightly dark and not too bright or least it felt like that in red dead 2 i did however only play with it for all of 10 minutes so it may just need some settings adjusted in that game
