Pros

Nice and compact. Fits in my backpack. The only downside is it gets quite hot. But c'mon i rarely.

Battery lasts longer than expected and it very light weight. Upgraded to win 11 immediately and it's run pretty much flawlessly since.

Cons

This laptop is a lemon. It freezes up sometimes and i have to do a hard shut-down. The fingerprint sensor does not work consistently. The battery isn't as good as promised.

Purchased on amazon day so havent had it long but is fast and does what it should

I did have to pay for shipping to msi, but they paid return shipping.

Packaging/appearance

Was a steal with prime day deal with good internal components.

Competitiveness

I've been using one of these for about a year now, same as this amazon model except with 32g ram and a 1tb ssd (costco's in-house model).

Well they like are less than sub-par.

It doesn't have a perfect screen and has a sh*t camera but i don't use it really for 4k videos or skyping gma.
