The builtin speakers seem to be a touch above average since i have had monitors of similar cost to this model from other brands that are of poorer quality and in mono unlike this one with stereo there are some buts that i can point out

Place is that the sound feels with some reverberation and when you connect headphones to this there is no way to switch to the speakers without disconnecting them

I recommend calibrating the values to improve the visual experience although the modes especially the movie mode perform well all the modes have too much brightness for my taste although that can be solved by lowering it almost to the minimum since i use it to work another extra option is automatic brightness but it can be tiring in some cases
