I've had it for a month almost and i'm in l9ve.
I wouldve gladly taken back the laptop, because its really a good machine.
It is amazing and works so good.
Price
Spent more money to get a new one.
Would again have to spend more money to get a local person to run diagnostics.
For the price, i expect better quality control.
Shipping
They were able to fix the device, and offered free shipping to me or a 100% refund!
They have been working with me from the very begining, the main delay was getting the device to them from all the way europe.
