The card always ran a bit hot reaching over 80 c

I was going to do rma on it but after calling msi they gave me a go to try fix the issue myself by reapplying thermal paste assuring me it wouldnt void warrenty for as long as i had the original box etc

I went ahead and purchased thermal grizzly compound and holly crap did it ever work

It seems the factory was sluggish applying thermal compound and thermal pads as i also had to reposition them as they were not optimally placed
