Great skillet with lid non-stick was tested tonight and it is perfect like the long handle to keep the hands away from frying oils
Barely used any oil and one yolk broke, but it all just slide right out of the pan.
I have only had it a couple weeks and used it 3 times for high temperature cooks, and once for simple breakfast eggs.

I would recommend this for the money.

This msmk is professional and somewhat similar the one i was replacing, sans the teflon.
