I keep mine primer up, because i can live with the slight bit of wobble when placed in this configuration.

These are of excellent quality much better than i expected;highly recommended.

I set up the case with the primer up and cut the top and bottom of the boxes and pressed them into the lid to help with the rattle.

I fell in love with the mtm family of products years ago with the arrow cases, so most of what i say will most likely be a little skewed.
