The lid snaps into place without any issues. The ammo fits nicely into the box. Fits in a bigger purse. Works as intended.

Even though they're plastic they seem be very sturdy

There is quite a bit of side-to-side wiggle room for each battery and maybe about 1/4" from the top of the battery to the closed lid.
