Took 3 pills and my phlegm was all gone. Eases head as well as chest congestion. If you have a sinus problem such as i, the relief comes with musinex.
Cons
Who the * decides on these criteria for evaluation? This product is not cheap, but it is totally useless. Also the comments are suspicious because many of them mentioned the flavor, chewing or swallowing thing.

These are not the smallest pills, and being extended-release they also can’t be broken up for anyone who can’t swallow large pills.

It's unfortunate that the 40 pack is not available for subscription because the medication is half the price.
It is a little pricey but other than than that i have no complaints.
