Pros

The bulb socket is 1mm deeper than most of the complete replacement bulbs on amazon. The bulbs themselves are great. Not too bright, easy to install.

If it is indeed burning a little cooler, that just means it should last longer. My plan is to restore operation to all the dead segments.

It's cheaper to buy these in bulk than 4 or 5 in a pack locally, if you can even find them. Got these to go with the 200+ colored 2.

Cons

Horrible bulbs. Too skinny and did not achieve a snug fit in the bulb holders. They are excessively brighter than my existing lights.

The wires copper wires from the bulb are heavily oxidized. I will be throwing out the remainder of the new bulbs as it is too much trouble to replace them.

As far as quality goes i had none that shorted out as i was careful to be sure i had each leg wire separated when putting them in the base.
