Pros

Took all of 2 minutes to install and doesn't leak. Really prefer the opening lever to the other old style knob.

Product is as advertised and appears to be good quality. Do not hesitate to purchase.

Easy to install. Used extra silicone caulk around barrel cut just make sure. Going to install in a pvc rain barrel tomorrow to collect water from the down spouts.

This valve is an npt threaded connector whereas your common garden hose is a ght thread. Rubber seal fit the curve securely.

Cons

The coupler leaks more at the inlet side than getting to the soaker hose. The inside bushing threads are faulty and will not accept the spout thread easily. There were absolutely no instructions.
