Pros

Sturdy and keeps the cubard organized. Easy to assemble. Adjust and offset racks to accommodate the different sized pan height.

No more digging for, or rearranging pots and pans. Organizes well and holds large pots. Helps organize under the cupboard.

Cons

Don't waste your time or money on this junk. This pan on my picture is all small because regular ones doesn't fit at all and very slippery! Do not recommend, not even to the worst karen in suburbia *.

It's too flimsy, almost like wire hangers as support. The dividers are really flimsy and do not support the weight of a regular pan in a vertical set-up.
