Quality
It takes a bit of patience, but i feel it's worth it for the quality of the juice.
The quality of juice using this juicer is much better.
Works well for apples , oranges , difficulties with the carrots .
Being hand held i couldn’t see it providing me with the type of juice or quantity i desired.
Price
It requires more effort/time than electric juicer, but the price, compact design and efficiency overcomes that for me.
Then i read some reviews and at the price decided to chance it.
Packaging/appearance
Delivery & packaging: i am glad we made the decision.
It cleans easily with only the holes in the juice drain being awkward to do.
Competitiveness
Previously i used a nutribullet but it oxidized the juice.

Thank you for making a simple slow masticating juicer that works better than a lot of electric ones!
Not only did i make my mean green juice but i filled x 4 400ml glasses.

I used my cooks professional food processor to use to juice wheat grass blender grinder everything of course very tedious and messy process with strainer adding water and what not

I had very good support from the manufacturers as i initally had an issue with it but found it was my fault as i had put the juicer together incorrectly

Having borrowed an electric juicer and discovered how difficult and time consuming it was to clean i decided that ease of cleaning was the primary selection criteria to select a machine
