These are not winter boots not water proof

Note the outside wrap portion is not attached to the boot in anyway and will eventually slide down until it touches the ground getting dirty or wet

I agree that the cloth in the belt or the best thing about the boot my left boot was little tight around the toes while im trying to stretch it out ill give this boot a 4 star for now but it might change in the near future
