The aroma is very earthy, but the flavour is suuuuper subtle. It smells like a spring day out in your yard.

Blue food coloring is rare in nature so i live using this. Can be added to say chamomile or white teas for the brilliant blue color.

Butterfly pea flower tea is horrible! The taste is ground up canned peas mixed with dirt.

I liked the product quality, and freshness.
