Pros

The good thing is they aren't too expensive to repurchase. They blend in during the day with the clear cord. The ones i bought have a clear rope, about 8 feet of cord between plug and lights.

The length completely fills my 6 foot tree. They also have about 8 different modes from continuously on (my choice) to various blinking and chasing on/off. The pictures make it seem like you can connect a bunch and do a whole tree.

Cons

Annoying af. That's an inconvenience that is just not worth it. The timers work, tho.

Each time i turn them one, they start blinking. Every time you unplug them your preferred light setting is lost and you have to re-set it. The controller now resets to the preview mode every time it turns off and turns back on.
