Pros
The one caution is that you have to limit the time you continuously run the machine to under a minute. It saves so much time on food prep. It appears to be well equipped for that task.
First thing i will try is the kneading blade. Perfect for making potato slices thin enough for perfect potato chips. Dehydrating herbs and hot peppers from my garden and processing them down to a powder.
Completed in one minute with 0 eye watering. A breeze. Bigger, quieter and faster. It's also very quiet.
Cons
The nutrichef can't even make a soft ingredient food like hummus without perpetually stopping because of overheating. The grating blade is so dull it just mashed the cheese i was trying to grate. There is not enough oomph for dough, and the motor does... Read More
The motor overheats easily and stops working after a few seconds. It's either a design flaw or defective unit. They are held on with plastic welds, not metal. Contacted company, no resolution.
Save yourself the hassle and pick another brand. Which entirely defeats the purpose of buying one of these things in the first place.

The price was right, the unit is attractive & easy to use.

I’ve bought many food processors many which i’ve returned

However the attachments are not stored on the unit and there’s no bag or case to keep them in so either you put it back in the box every time or plan on making room to store them
