Pros

Newborn now laughs and coos when he gets his diaper changed. I used to get peed on nearly every time (baby boy, cold wipes) and with this device i hardly ever get pees on. This is a great way to pamper your baby.

Most bad reviews in my opnion are just user error, lol. The night light is a great feature but for those babies that require complete darkness it can be distracting.

It still warms wipes well and is a sturdy dispenser. The warmer continuously keeps his wipes warm. Warns wipes from the top so the wipe you pull out is always warm.

Cons

This warmer warms up the wipe on the top and that's all. Even when plugged in 24/7, only the absolute top-most layer is warm. This must be plugged in at all times so not energy efficient at all.

This product is total waste of money for what it is intended for. Super annoying. Pretty useless. Not worth the money, there's probably better ones out there.

Amazon customer service are very rude. Item can not be returned and refund. I tried to ask for a refund, amazon asked me to contact the manufacture.

Worth the money for your little one!

But really not to expensive and we have been using it for 6 months and it is still working well.
