The weighted straw is the best. It helps if you roll the top of the straw where the valve is through your fingers a couple times to initially open the valve before first use.

Cons

Good luck getting soapy water into it and then removing it. Impossible to clean, even with a pipe cleaner type tool. It is also very difficult to clean the straw.

The lid clicks into place but tip it and water comes out. Water gets trapped inside. It leaks from where you twist the lid onto the cup.

Try taking a sip before giving this to your kiddo. My cheeks hurt after trying to drink from it. This is not a avent straw (regular straw) this the leak proof kind that forces the baby to bite down on the straw at the same time as * to get the liquid.... Read More
