My kids have terrible eczema that i have to use steroid cream to fix. They rinse clean and don't stain the tub. No staining in the tub, or skin rashes.

He is 3 and we put them in plastic cups and he pours and mixes them and will play until the water is freezing. These are chunkier than i would’ve imagined, which is great for toddlers.
