It's lightweight and easy for our toddler to use. It’s also very easy to clean with the handles actually coming off and the mouth wide enough to get my hand in for scrubbing.

Leakproof and insulated. It never leaks. My daughter won't use any other one but this one & the purple version that i found at target.

It is extremely durable. It seals really well and easily survives multiple falls. Price is little high but worth buying.

I was exhausted cleaning up spilt water. It's much easier to clean than plastic or silicone. The only issue i have is cleaning the suction part.

Munchkin customer service is horrendous. Luckily, amazon has such a great return policy. Please reconsider selling a replacement straw. I am confused if my product was defective from the start.

The straw the baby drinks from is not long enough so the baby has to put their face against the plastic and metal to drink from it. As a result, the liquid leaks out of the baby's mouth. She keeps * but barely any water comes through.
