Pros

The instructions say a minimum, so i normally got for 12-16. Mix with a very cold 16 oz bottle of water and it's perfect. These are like a gatorade powder and i just add and shake.

The cookies are a crunchy cookie and are really sweet. It tastes great and dissolves easily. For some reason it even seems to dissolve better in that.

It does hydrate well but i did find that i had to drink 2 or 3 a day especially bcuz of the breastfeeding.
