No lids needs cleaning of the top cap eveeytime as it might have some dust because it was kept aside for sometime without a cover

This product is probably as leak proof as you will get for a babies cup but that doesnt mean it wont leak at all on occasions this usually being because part of the lid isnt on properly

If it is dropped or the rubber has something against it in the bag it will leak very slightly
