The first bed rail we bought we ended up returning because it was a hideaway style but did not slide smoothly and was bulky under the mattress

The silver part that clicks into place was very stiff and i had to bang it against the floor to be able to click it into place

Also the directions say you need a 2 people for the last step but i don’t think that’s accurate i was able to do it by myself

Ive tightened it as much as i can and the whole thing still moves a little not enough to worry me i think its just due to the flexible nature of plastic and i dont think my son would actually break it or push it over but its not solidly rigid like id hopedexpected
