The bottle cleaner base also has a screw off piece that works to clean the small parts of the bottle (*, etc). Ultimately, it works great to clean bottles and bottle *.
The sponge top and bristles are soft and don’t scratch or damage what you’re cleaning. The bristles work. The top sponges are nice and flexible. Browns brushes but still do just as good of a job.
Cons
Browns is one piece. Quite unsafe for the pipes honestly.

Bristles are stuff in the beginning but start to smooth out after every use which is better for me

They get bottles clean very easily and the bottom part comes off for a smaller brush to get smaller bottle parts cleaner
