Pros
It's more costly than the diaper genie, but i would definitely purchase this over another. The twist close design is excellent. I bough this diaper pail for the same price as walmart and moreover, it was on discount.
Cons
The sealing system is cumbersome. There are other baby gadgets and items that are worth the extra money and in my opinion this is definitely not one of them. The only plus is it does indeed keep odours down.

Nice diaper pail and easy to use with the ring bags!
With the diaper genie you can smell everything still but this is great and seals the smell extremely good!
Solid quality (doesnt seem like it will break), easy to use, and looks nice.
Price
Only draw back is the price even when on sale.
Packaging/appearance
I do it each time i empty the bag!

I hacked it to be a litter pail because of litter locker just started to stink
