The locking feature works great and is convenient so the lid doesn't come up when you pull a wipe out.
The nightlight feature saves our eyeballs during midnight changes. The only feature i hate is the bright light on the front of it. Imo it's still too dark for that), but can't be turned off.
Cons
The light on the dispenser is very bright. The white version is ridiculously bright white.
This wipe warmer came unsealed. The wipes are cold as soon as you remove them. They’re tepid at best, and cold within seconds of pulling one out. Secondly the wipes start to get dry over time.
It only warms on top and on one side doesn’t keep the wipes warm at all, so * again. There wasn't even wrapping around the wipe warmer itself. And lastly there are gaps all over this box that let the warmth out of there even is any to begin with.

You have to wait until all of the wipes are gone before you refill it

Not that the capacity isn’t there to hold additional wipes but if you load a new pack in there while there are still some left you still have to open it to feed them through once the first set is gone

If you load a new pack underneath they don’t lock in to each other requiring you to still feed them through
