As far as makeup removal it does remove a majority but for the tougher make up such as liquid eyeliner or mascara it doesnt do a good job so make sure you add a wipe or oil to remove the excess

I really liked this product i used about half the bottle but my skin broke out at one point from a new moisturizer and i had to switch back to my sentive skin facewash until that cleared up and i havent retried this product again
