It works great and isn’t drying at all. No dryness or flakiness. There is an ingredient in it that is soothing and cooling--cooling without being mentholated. It doesn't seem to cause or exacerbate dryness.

This stuff *. It does nothing to ur pimples and is way overpriced. Just get the corsx pimple cream.

I feel that salicylic acid by itself is not an effective treatment for preventing my acne but i do find it to be an effective spot treatment
