Pros

Included in the box were directions or suggestion on how to use and the protective nylon bag to store. It's small and compact so it’s also easy to bring with you to the gym, work or traveling.

Musclemax is the perfect size to place between a muscle knot in your back and the floor. I consistently go to the chiropractor but many times my pain and stiffness is muscular. When i massage my neck and back, it is awesome.

The ridges on the ball seem more effective in relieving muscle tightness than a smooth ball. It hurts so much when you first do it, but it really helps to pinpoint where the pain and tightness is. Great for getting to tight and sore muscles.

The textured surface is more effective at digging into sore muscles than other massage balls. The grippy surface prevents it from sliding on floors and walls while in use.

This one has no give. It's too hard.

2” ball and the high density construction helps pin point the muscles in tough spots.

At 1st i rolled my back against the wall for 15-30 minutes but after 2-3 times the knots were gone.

There is nothing better than the pop of a knot releasing.

I wasn’t sure about the price but 100% worth it !

I was hesitant in purchasing because of the price, but for while i was in need for a better massage tool.

If you are thinking of it, and on edge because of the price, just go with this one and you won't be disappointed.

Delivery left a lot to be desired, but eventually was found.

Easy to pack and transport in sports bag.

Competitiveness

Prior to this i was using a tennis ball, it doesn’t even compare.

I debated about some cheaper versions and can’t speak to how effective any other brands are, but i’m glad i didn’t.
