Also, i love being able to have it delivered and not feel to the nearest store that has the size and flavor i want.

It mixes well with a basic blender cup, although i only do one scoop at a time. With oat milk it tastes like a straight up milkshake. I mix up a shake with some strawberries and it tastes great.

Protein shakes have different forms of protein for immediate uptake and gradual uptake.

Cons

Serving size is 2 scoops instead of one. It floats on top of the water. You need a blender just to mix it as it rejects liquid.

The first time i tried it i almost vomited. Even after drinking it a couple times, it’s still hard to *. The second one was spoiled and missing a silica packet, too.

Very worth the price, you get high quantity and high protein content!

I recommend 1 scoop with 16oz of milk and it tasted amazing.

Not high in cholesterol like many other brands.

It was wayyyy tooo chunky and gritty and did not mix well.
