The only reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the while tubes that rotate around the stick and not taunt together and the stick pulls at my leg hairs often which is annoying

I have used similar sticks that dont have this feature and it makes them very difficult to roll and not worth the effort

Its massage rings are made of metal which gets sooooo much deeper than the plastic one i had
