Pros

The rbg unit has a lead to attach to my motherboard so as to be controlled by motherboard rbg control software.

This is the first case i'll consider reusing if i don't wait to long between builds again. Amazing case with great airflow. Exceptional customer service.

This device has so many issues it's not even funny. This is not how my case works.

Case came dented and damaged. The rivets are not flush with the frame. Actually, i think a tin can of beans have better material quality than this pos frame.

Shipping

The company contacted me very quickly and has resolved this issue.

Got that email on the day the case arrived.

After a couple of email exchanges, they sent me a replacement controller under warranty.

Packaging/appearance

Great pc case, came in well packaged.

The case didn't come with a controller or anything for me to change the lighting.

Competitiveness

I found other people left reviews on musetex cases here on amazon that had the same problem.

Because the most recent case i purchased from musetex worked well, i decided to try musetex again.
