The aluminium channel would distort when trying to put it on to the clips

I had to drill holes in the channel and use 18 spacers between the mounting surface and aluminium channel

Flexibility the 434 halfcircle bend left side of photos pushed the flexible limits of both the aluminum channeling and the plastic cover

The plastic covering was also maxed out for my 434 bend and nearly impossible to work into the aluminum channeling at this area but friendly elsewhere

If you need a bend this tight or say smaller than a 634 halfcircle then keep searching otherwise great product
