Everything was packed ok and not scratched anywhere. Was hoping for more light diffusion, but still happy with results. Only complaint is i should have purchased the channels with the more opaque lenses.

The silicone is easily removed with a knife if needed. Cut the diffuser with scissors. The plastic is very flexible and it's not gonna break!
Cons
Led wholesalers are much better and worth the small additional cost. The setup is awful. Do not buy for hue light strips.

Definitely more complicated than getting the premade kits which im sure work great but were more expensive and less customizable

You could as others have recommended use some double sided adhesive tape but he liked the idea of being able to remove easily in case the lights need repairing down the road soldering upside down is nooo fun his only complaint was that the little end caps that come with the system wouldnt work with our setup

Half of the caps come with a small maybe 18 inch hole to feed wires through and the other half are closed off

He had to drill larger holes due to using 18 gauge wires for a longer run and didnt want the possibility of voltage drop
