The grip or bite angle can be a little awkward

Meaning its a little stretch to get a grip on the two handles before you squeeze but i suppose thats for a betterharder bite on the cable when you squeeze

Not a problem for me or your average hands but i guess if you have arthritis or some handfinger issues it could possibly be a problem like any tool i would think

I had a few tools that will cut metal but i didnt have one that would cut the stranded brake wire without making the strands come apart
