Used these channel diffusers to embed a red and blue water proof led light strips, even added a dimmer on the red leds.
No bright spot reflection on my counter from the leds, just smooth even light.

I wanted larger to allow more space for led lights to diffuse a little more

Note you do get some diffusion but no cover will give you a smooth glow if you need that you need to focus on the led strips with high density of 60 or 120 per meter

Also for my needs i did not like the looks of the 45deg channels the lights shine in your eyes to much i wanted more indirect lighting

I would give these 5 stars except for one significant issue the bottom of the channel where led strips attach is not quite wide enough to accommodate the end connectors i have 23 different types none of them fit

So unless i can find an extremely narrow strip connector i will need to solder wires to the led strip end points

I removed the adhesive from the strip and it layed right into this channel and has stayed put
