Pros

Product itself is exactly what i expected comfortable and ergonomic. This one kicks it up a few notches.

Logitech's mx ergo mouse is a great alternative to the m570. It has two speed settings and a tilt button for left and right scrolling. Using it bluetooth great range, rechargeable battery is replaceable.

The mouse is so great that the mangled box was not an important issue. This is the perfect mouse if you are looking to alleviate wrist pain due to mouse usage. The mouse has a disposable thumbs - that's what gives us the edge over the other animals.

Cons

There is a well known issue with logitech switch. Ball has to be cleaned often as it collects a lot of dust.

Quality

The ergonomics and comfort is amazing, my carpal tunnel pain is non existent when using this product.

-ability to switch between my personal laptop (bluetooth) and my work computer (dongle) with the click of a button is a great feature.

First the finish:it leaves something to be desired, especially for a logitech product.

With the 'high' price that logitech charges i wouldn't expect any less as to what they give you.

Competitiveness

It's better than its predecesor, the m570, and definitely better than other brands out there.

I'm coming from a logitech g502 and a life long standard mouse user.

I have been a m570 user for years, so i'm not new to trackball mice.

However, can’t get flow to work using logitech’s software but that is not a deal breaker for me.
