Pros

Eric carle is one of my favorite children's author/illustrators. They are simple and because of that she's easily picking up on colors and shapes already. The pictures are always beautiful. Ericcarle.

Cons

The artwork is classic carle, which is nice; however, that's where the niceties end. Many other books foster a more meaningful storytime.

Each page has a picture and the word but above you have to flip through the whole book to find the matching word. The object is to find bottom page that matches the top page. Hardly looks like a plum.
