You unzip the pouch and fold the front down then unattach the magnetic strip on the bottom front and move it to the side where it sticks to the other magnet to hold the bag upright while crocheting

Oh ya i almost forgot the handle on the top is too tight and i would have liked it looser to fit my hand better my hand is pretty small

It is just a strap of fabric sewed straight across and needed to be lifted up higher before sewing in place so your hand fits under it better
