Pros

The sheer white with polka dots gives it a softer finish. The back part is sort of linen and the front is sheer. The overlay is a nice quality, textured polyester.

The orange panel is very similar to a moleskin. It drapes beautifully and blocks a fair amount of light. Color matches the photos and does a great job blocking out light.
