The item arrived quickly and well-packaged with a 8 sata cables and a 4-way sata power splitter.
That said a couple of days after purchasing the seller did send me a message that points me to the drivers for this card.

The product is well packed and included a low profile mounting bracket enabling the card to be used in sff machines.
Opened the box and stuck it in and it just worked!
