Pros

I seem to have more mental clarity and dreams are more vivid. I believe part of this has to do with more exercise and getting rid of some covid blahs. Also gave a great boost for memory retention.

The bottle comes with 120 pills each of which are 350mg. The pills are small and easy to *. One capsule per day. I like the capsule vs powder in a bag best to try a half cap first, i put half in coffee.

N-acetyl l-tyrosine (nalt) is the advanced nootropic i’ve been looking for. N-acetyl = an antioxidant, helps the body detoxify. Nalt (tyrosine) makes use of all the transporters to maximize dopamine production.

Nootropics depot labels are uncomfortable to touch without gloves. For me, it's worse than taking nothing at all and actually makes my mental problems noticeably worse. Not worth the hype.
