Pros

N-acetyl l-tyrosine (nalt) is an acetylated form of the amino acid l-tyrosine. Nalt helps me get the most from my own thyroid. My dreams are so vivid it’s amazing.

The bottle comes with 120 pills each of which are 350mg. One or two of these per day. The pills are fairly small and easy to *. Easy to * with a few sips of water.

Cons

Nootropics depot labels are uncomfortable to touch without gloves. For me, it's worse than taking nothing and actually makes my mental problems noticeably worse. Not worth the hype.
