Pros
White hose connectors make it much easier to rotate the hose for the connection. The hose cuts easily and can be connected to another with the included coupler.
The materials are resistant to corrosion, ensuring long-term functionality. It's not too deep and comes with plenty of drain tubing. I wish the tubing was a little sturdier, though.
It's winter here, so i'm not installing this for a few months. No problems with the install, as it's simply attach two extensions and place under downspout. Well made and easy to install. Clear photos and instructions.
The catch basin is a good size and should be able to collect and hold an adequate amount of water without overflowing. In some regions that may seem like overkill but in a place like coastal connecticut, it is probably worth getting heavy duty anchors... Read More

I think for the price it does exactly what i need to do.
Past putting in a french drain which would be in a ridiculous location, not to mention the cost, was about the only last resort.
It’s a simple low cost solution that is worth a try.
However, for this price i wouldn't expect any of it to be metal.
Shipping
Delivery time was reasonable for non-prime buyer.
60 minutes after i received my order, i had it installed.
Packaging/appearance
They are actually packaged nice enough for gifting.
Well i even ordered the extra hose piece and the instructions for attaching everything were very clearly written and pictured on the box.
I also that the packaging was throughtful, well done.
The in ground box will keep the dirt from washing away and send the excess water down the swale.

It has holes small enough to stop leaves from falling but they can accumulate on the top so they will need to be removed to allow water to continue to flow

I was hoping to use this in ground gutter to extend drainage away from the foundation without having a pipe laying on the lawn

Generally this would work until i realized that the first time i cut the lawn i would absolutely crush the cover with the tire of my riding mower

Its not that it seems brittle or weak but its still plastic and isnt meant to hold any weight
