These are very easy to *, not chalky. These pills are easier to * than many calcium pills. I am so thankful these came back in stock.
Calcet contains both calcium and vitamin d. It has just the right amount of calcium and vitamin d. This is the best i've ever used for leg cramps. Sometimes cramps are so intense that i need to use these and eat a banana.
