The scanner i was sent seemed to be not programmed correctly as the function to remove the prefix was not working after emailing namadoo they reached out right away and tried to help me resolve it

We found that the scanner was broken and need to be replaced they sent one right away and corrected the issue

One huge pro for this scanner is that its wireless also it makes a beep noise whenever you scan something

Some units did need to be configured back to factory defaults in order to work out of the box but we also had to apply some custom settings which we did all at once before shipping to the customer

The blue light keeps blinking other than that its fine tried 2 other before going with this one would have gave it 5 stars if the light on the receiver would to blinking like the cops are at my house
