Pros
Nalgene bottle is shaped like a gi canteen and fits perfectly in a gi pouch. It fits in the side pouches of my kelty backpack perfectly. Shape is perfect to fit into a messenger or large sling pack.
They don't make the water stink. They're totally the cadillac of water bottles. Quick and easy to throw in the dishwasher when needed.
Cons
Terrible mildew problem around the mouth and cap. The canteens themselves seem to be very flimsy however and made of a much thinner plastic than a traditional nalgene water bottle. There is no point to a canteen which fits into a standard military can... Read More

Impressed with quality so well i ordered 2 more.
Product was better than i expected, strong, durable, comfortable in hand and i love that see through feature.
The lid doesn't leak and screws off and on well.
Dropped onto concrete a few times, froze once or twice, and one time it rolled down the highway when my cooler fell off the truck.
Price
It's priced right and will surely suit your needs.
Good value for nalgene quart size canteen
Only real issue is that i bought it for $8, and now they're $15.

The tracking was late and inaccurate but at least it arrived way sooner than originally expected.

The bottle canteen container was clean and leak proof.
I think it packs away in your bag a little easier than the stereotypical round ones and it's easier to grab too.
Competitiveness
The nalgene version of the canteen is, in my opinion, superior to the standard gi issue canteen *for civilian use*.
Just like the gi canteen but different manufacturers.

But the one flaw it has is if it hits the ground hard enough upside down the neck of the bottle cracks every time and it forever leaks after that
