Pros

The metal clip-thing is absolutely genius. Other than this inconvenience, which i blame on the design, this product is excellent and serves my purpose. Great bottle, will def order more.

Never had one leak. Is definitely leakproof. The only downside is that is does slowly leak if you don't use the metal lock.

Air flow generally prevents mold / mildew from growing. Easy to clean since there's no complicated nozzle or straw. Some reviews say it gets moldy.

Cons

The lid is badly designed, is not durable and severely limits the product life expectancy. There are many other bottles of the same capacity on the market that are much better designed, like pogo and rubbermaid for example. I am a nalgene fan but this... Read More

You need to push down an inordinate amount of pressure for it latch. It has the least satisfying tiny *click* when it's latched. Lateral pressure further weakens the already weak latch.

The latch that secures the cap over the drinking spout is too weak. If you don't and you drop the bottle or it tips over, the cap will likely open and the bottle will spill.

Going back to thermos intak. To me this is just unacceptable and i won't be purchasing this bottle again.
