It may not be fast, but i have had a couple issues and they have responded with over the top service.

Packaging/appearance

We purchased an older version of this bottle years ago and learned you want to take out and clean the tiny plastic valve in the lid.

The last time i had an issue, it was just the nalgene logo wore off shortly after getting the bottle.

Competitiveness

A couple weeks later i got a 32oz wide mouth and this top fits great on it too for when i need some more water.

We use this for a parent waterbottle, but in a pinch, the straw access is awesome for the kids!

Pretty good, not nearly as easy to drink out of compared to camelback’s offering
